I could not go lower then one star. They have the worst customer service, especially if they know that your insurance company will be paying for the rental. They will offer you cheapest, crappiest car available once they find out that it will be your insurance replacement car. I reserved the car on the phone & they confirmed the availability. After few hours when I went to pick it up they did not have the reserved car or any other car in that class. I went home and called their 1-800 number to reserve a car without telling them that my insurance company will be paying for it and they confirmed that all classes of cars were available at the same location.
In the past they tried to charge my credit card without any authorization or any due charges.
