  • If you value your time do not book with this company. I made the mistake on my last trip to Vegas after having another reservation with hertz I had found a better deal on line the night before so I took a chance big mistake. When I arrived at the car rental place from the airport shuttle in Vegas the line for thrifty was to the door. The line for hertz was 2 people long but I had all ready per paid for thrifty with no refund without a 48 hr notice per the fine fine print ! So I waited one hour and 45 mins to get to the counter unreal , the guy at the counter was Miserable due to high volume tried to sell me all the extra ins and was pissy When I denied it all. So out I go to pick up the car. Oops none available in the mid size that I paid for all out right now please wait I'm sure one will be in shortly. So I had no choice as I was already beat down. Up rolls home boy with my car radio cranking hip hop him stones out of his gord. Car wasn't bad I made sure to beat he ever living snot out of it and racked up 700 hard miles on it during my stay. Time to return it the line for returns was to the road three cars across fifteen deep another wait to check it back in. Just leave your contract and keys with it and leave no way I want them to inspect it and check it in so we can close it out and. I bogus charges. Some wait 15-20 it gets checked in I leave. Never again ! If you value your time rent from anyone but thrifty ! You've been warned.
