  • KEEP LOOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought the website looked legit and needed the lock fixed on my Honda. The dispatch said he would send 'his Honda specialist'. She arrived and I told her that the AAA tech had said it was a damaged lock. She insisted it was the key. Gave me the quote said if it was the lock she would fix the lock for free. Cut to hours later and she says she can't fix it because she needs a special machine for this Honda lock that only her boss has. You would think a 'Honda specialist' would have known this off that bat. I was told he would be here in a couple hours. That turned to almost 4. Neither he nor she would answer the cell phone. Which had a full mailbox so you couldn't leave a message-never a good sign for a business. He finally calls back after 8:30 pm and suggests we do it in the morning. And my car door is disassembled so I can't use my car. He says he wasn't answering because he was on a job. Cut to the next day and he is an hour late getting here. I tell him the price she quoted me. He comes back that more work needs to be done and not for the quoted price. The whole time he is here is is on the phone. He then has a friend come work on his own car while at my house. Every time I look outside he is on the phone pacing around or at his own car. I go outside to complain he says it is work calls so he has to answer. I say well your excuse for not answering last night was you were working, funny how you can answer the phone now though. The whole experience was unprofessional and terrible. You get the distinct feeling you are being scammed. Terrible service. I have never written a poor review. But please be forewarned. Keep looking!!!!! YOU can find a more reputable and trustworthy company. This place is shady.
