  • I was so happy when this location opened down the street form me but no I'm just disappointed. The staff is unfriendly/bored, the food isn't the same, the place is always empty, and it doesn't feel like a Native. I love the Tempe and Ahwatukee locations, even the Gilbert one. They feel like a Native New Yorker should but the Bell road location just doesn't do it for me. Honestly I'm only here because it's close and I have my birthday coupon. I wouldn't be surprised if it closed soon. Also, don't get the server Nikki, she treats you as if you're a burden to her oh so busy day.
