I took my car in for a routine inspection and was told that I needed all four rotors, pads and sensors replaced. Also, that I needed to have the fluid evacuated and replaced. I started feeling the high pressure sales routine to have it all done immediately which I didn't have the time to do right then. Maybe tomorrow. They asked for a deposit to get the parts delivered for tomorrow. I still felt uncomfortable and decided to go to the manufacture dealership for a free inspection and quote. Turns out all I needed was the front pads and fluid evacuation / replacement! I would trust the dealership's experienced mechanics for that vehicle more. After all, they also are in the business to make money if possible but have far more experience. Decided to go with the dealership and saved several hundreds of dollars. Just Brakes was just trying to hustle and scam me.
Plus, when I got to the dealership to have them inspect the car, we opened the hood and to our surprise, Just Brakes never put the lid back on the brake fluid reservoir after inspection. It was just laying on another part. How sloppy was that? Just Brakes completely lost my confidence!
