| - Estoy muy decepcionada con este dealer, nunca jamás volvería a comprar un carro de ellos , tienen bellos carros los compran en la subasta y si tienen algún problema le borran los códigos para venderlos y en cima les venden una garantía súper costosa y no cubren ningún problema, aquí les va mi historia, yo les compre un BMW 740i el 3 de febrero y en febrero 24 ya el carro tubo problema con la bomba del agua y se calentaba, estuvo en el taller por más de 3 semanas para que la famosa garantía cubriera eso (red Shiel), al final después de tanto drama con la garantía cubrió el daño , no avía pasado ni dos semanas y el carro me encendió tiene otra cosa rota y me cuesta 3500 dollar arreglar este nuevo problema porque la famosa garantía que compre y que me costo $5000 dollar no me lo quiso cubrir porque devén ellos que es un problema existente, y los descarados del dealers no me dan la cara ni me an ayudado con el problema del carro, son unos Estafadores no me an llamado ni para preguntarme qué a pasado con el carro , en fin estoy pagando una letra de $ 520 por un carro que no he podido manejar, pero esto no va a quedar aquí porque las quejas van a llegar hasta el canal 13 y por este y toda la social media lo voy a informar, no compren carros en este dealer lo que tienen son joyas podridas, yo le deje saber el problema al dueño y no le importo para nada ! Claro ya el cobró su dinero! Pero como negociante debería de entender que aveces es mejor perder dinero que no un cliente que te puede referir más personas, estoy muy molesta porque siento que me an estafado.
