This place has an issue with silverfish bugs. They also do not respect the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door.
I've stayed in two different buildings, and have had silverfish in my room both times. I found one in my bed! After reporting it both times to the front desk, the General Manager felt that she had the right to disregard my Do Not Enter sign, and send her maintenance man to enter my room while I was at work. Not only did he "look around" he sprayed my room! This was a total violation of my privacy, and health. It goes against their policy to respect our privacy.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are too many other choices around there.
One star for being located right across the street from Hillstone restaurant.
