My Rogue was having transmission problems and I took it into Henderson Nissan. Ruben in the Service department was amazing. He was friendly and professional and took care of everything. The car was ready an hour ahead of schedule. They fixed the transmission and while they were at it they also took care of a broken engine mount and leaking front cover, all under warranty. I don't know about all the negative reviews out there, all I know is I had a great experience there. There are so many great car brands out there, but to me the main thing that sets a brand apart is customer service. Ruben and Henderson Nissan definitely delivered for me. I have a Versa as well as the Rogue and when the time comes I will definitely be going to Nissan to replace our two workhorses.
