  • I called Dale after hours to give me a rough quote for the items I will be asking the seller to fix on my request for repairs from my home inspection. I thought I would just be blown off, but Dale was so quick to respond. He took my call, received my email, reviewed the inspection and scope of work and responded very quickly with a very reasonable estimate. Seriously above and beyond in customer service. I called him because most of the review praised his quality of work. It's too bad there's one off putting review, but if you read it you realize it's worth being disregarded. Thanks Dale! You were a great help!!
