I must say I was impressed with the whole experience from the moment we walked in. Our server was really nice and attentive, he brought us some home made yummy bread and he did his best to make our experience better.
We started with potato leak soup. It was a mild taste, not the usual restaurant style but we enjoyed it.
I tried the chicken stew with biscuits; it wasn't bad. My husband liked his salmon Benedict. The potatoes on the side were a bit dry. Our cocktails were both delicious.
I was really impressed with the warm rustic decorations. If you haven't been upstairs yet, you should check it out. I will definitely comeback for a dinner experience.
They have lots of space for large groups. They accept credit debit card. They are very busy on weekends so you might need to reserve in advance.
