  • They say it's a family owned business, but the way I got treated definitely didn't seem like it. I really would like to give them 0 starts but I can't. Told the sales rep that the monthly is out of my budget, than he calls over a manager and tries to hard close me. That doesn't work, so the gm comes in and says I can't afford it... I told them can I just leave and have my keys.. they wouldn't give me my keys and continued to haggle me to buy the car.. Two weeks go by, I message them and say I'm willing to put more money down. The person over the phone says you'll never get that price. I told him why are you calling me to give me a hard time, when I wanted to give you guys a shot of earning my business one more time. He than got loud and started saying the company needs a profit and we will not lose.. I'll just stop right there, and will advice you not to take your business here.. worst dealership I've ever been too.
