  • I knew I would be back!! Our second trip out with this trailer that we purchased on May 5th. We were all set up at camp and decided to put out the awning (first time), there was no shade and it was pretty hot this weekend. Well all went well this trip. Got up yesterday morning and get everything packed ready to leave by 8:00 a.m. to head home and the awning would not go down. We tried reading the manual, watching YouTube, reading the manual again, watching YouTube again.. for this particular awning. Nothing. It's memorial day and so by about 10:00 a.m. We even asked a Park Ranger to help. It wasn't budging. I decide hey let's try the dealer!! Well Brian (my sales guy) and Rick (sales manager) were extremely kind. Although they couldn't figure it out either (they were not there). They had me take pictures and they tried troubleshooting from those. We finally were able to collapse it, but it definitely needs someone to look at it. We received a 90-day warranty plus purchased the extended! Brian and Rick allowed us to drop it off on our way home yesterday and the service department will work us in!! Thanks guys :-) I truly appreciate them taking the time to at least help. Now we shall wait and see what happens next!! I still love my RV!!
