  • Please beware. I visited Vintage once because my regular salon was closed. On my way, I called and asked how much a basic pedicure and SNS color change would be. I was told $35 each. I got to the salon and again said I needed a basic pedicure and an SNS color change. Half way through my pedicure the lady asked which scent of scrub I wanted, I assumed, since she knew I was doing a basic pedicure and every salon does their pedicure slightly different, that it was included (my regular salon includes it with their basic) and wasn't told there was an upcharge so I picked. Next, I moved to the SNS chairs and had that done. As I was finishing up, they took my card and charged it. When I got my receipt, my jaw dropped because it was almost DOUBLE what I had been told. I asked about each charge and was given very rude, short responses and no one seemed to want to help correct it. They charged me $55 for a "Vintage Ultimate Pedicure", when I specifically asked for a basic and was never told that one scrub was $20 more! They charged me $10 for gel take off, I was never told there was a charge for that and most places include that in their price if you're having other stuff done, but even if they did charge me for it, their menu says it's $5 and they charged me $10 for take off. Also, they charged me $60 for a "Custom Item" and told me that was for my SNS color change. There was no reason that should have been $25 more than the price I was told. I didn't have a single broken nail, nothing special added, didn't even have a manicure or lotion, just a simple color change and it was $60 PLUS the $10 take off. I pay $40 for a full SNS manicure with take off at my other salon a few miles down the road. I even tried to file it with my credit card company and they declined it because Vintage provided a credit card with the inflated charges indicated above and made it appear that I was the problem. I will absolutely never go back to this salon and after reading other reviews online, it sounds like I'm not the first person they've done this to. They're criminals and clearly know what they're doing.
