  • Be cautious about prepaying for a hotel room. They will put you in the worst room in the hotel. Come to find out that the pool is under construction. I thought the staff unhelpful and unprofessional. While looking around in the room I saw blood on the pillow case.I was hoping we could check out and go to another Hiton since we are hilton rewards members but not a chsnce.We were s o l.
