Our family of four tried to have a basic breakfast here a few weeks ago while staying at the hotel. We had read the bad reviews, but figured it was breakfast--how much could they screw that up? The restaurant was nearly empty when we got there. A waitress immediately took our drink orders. Then a different waitress took our food order. Three ordered pancakes. After a few minutes the 2nd waitress came over and told us that they don't have pancakes on weekdays. They asked for waffles instead. Some time passed and she came back again and said the chef just told her they didn't have those either. How tough is it to make pancake/waffle batter? When the food came, it was average. We had to ask for our drinks again at that point because the first waitress never brought them or told the other waitress what we wanted. We didn't return to F&F after that. If you're looking for breakfast in the area, try Over Easy down the street.
