  • After dealing with this company for about 4/5 years I put a lot of thought into my review. They abused me from day one. They overcharged me more than once. They lied and told me many parts were bad and that I needed to replace them day after day of supposedly fixing things. They convinced me to go ahead and buy their club package. I did so. It was just a way for them to come out and make it seem like I needed more products. Upselling constantly. The poor techs. They aren't in sales. They are techs. Yet told to sell and upsell. Nonsense. I've now not got a maintenance package and this is after years. I feel ok now. I'm happy to move on and hopefully find a better company to deal with. Thanks.
