  • One of the best massages I've had in a very long time was here at the Body Blitz. Laura, the massage therapist was very knowledgeable, and really focused on my problem areas (upper back and right shoulder), applying the right amount of pressure, and really working to break down the scar tissue that had built up there from an accident I'd had last year. The facilities themselves were fabulous - the communal bath area - is fabulous. The circuit really does its job relaxing you and making you feel like you're getting your money's worth - deep sea salt pool, the tea pool and the cold plunge pool, sauna and steam rooms were all fabulous. My favourite was the hot green tea pool. I also got the Moroccan body glow - there's no way you can come out of that experience without the softest skin you've ever had! I also appreciated the gratuity-free culture of this place. I'll definitely be back!
