  • Another great example of of poor customer service. This is an outlet store that closes early at their convenience. I was here a few minutes before 9PM and every door was locked. "Andy" the store manager claimed that they closed at 9 sharp, so it's just another case of the customer being "always wrong" the new normal in retail. I'll be forwarding this to the LV Premium Outlet owner and Coach HQ in NYC.
