  • Very disappointed. I was at their Deer Valley location and seeing Dr. Leavitt. The office had no one upbeat, friendly or welcoming upon arriving. Dr. Leavitt had absolutely no bedside manner. I had two students observing in my appointment and they did not ask my permission to be in my appointment. The MD did not even listen to me because she was busy talking to the students. She was not compassionate, kind, gentle or informative. She seemed like she wanted to be done with me very quickly and just wrote prescriptions not even telling me what was going on with my skin. She did a biopsy and barely spoke a word to me besides move your head. I do not want to see her again. I felt disappointed that when I finally going to see the doctor after 50 minutes of waiting and taking time off work, that I was not even treated like a person. Doctors are supposed to care for you and I was not cared for in the slightest by Dr. Leavitt.
