  • This has to be the worst hospital in the world. My family dr sent me here due to panic attacks. He made arrangements for me to be direct admitted but that was not the case when I got here at 5:00. They have to put on their dog and pony show, saying they have to do this test and that test before they can decide "if" they are gonna treat me. It's midnight and I am still waiting for someone to talk to me. Now I am told that they may not have a place for me and I might be farmed out to another hospital. Way to go mercy hospital. Let's show that excellent customer care!!!
