  • Stay away! Didn't bother to check the status of my VA eligibility during the pre-qualification process. Had to go to the VA office in person to get it straightened out which caused us to close late and almost loose the house. It would have been understandable but they had 6 months to check on it but didn't bother until it was to late. To top is off they sold our loan in less than 30 of closing. THANKS STEARNS!
