  • I was looking for a new place to get my nails done and came across Elite. It was a Friday afternoon so it was busy which was fine. I got a gel manicure that was advertised at $23. The man who did my nails was really rough on my hands. He also put at least 3 coats of color on and 2 coats of top coat. When I went to check out he told me it was $32. I said I thought it was $23 and he told me that I picked a the more expensive shellac...news to me because I went to the rack they told me to. I wasn't happy. They've started to grown out after a week and they look horrible. The gel is starting to lift and you can see where he put way too much topcoat on. For $2 more, I will go back to Charles Scott and get a gel manicure that lasts me 3 weeks. Overall I was just really disappointed.
