  • I'm so disappointed in this service I just paid 105.00 for a half cleaned kitchen and nothing else. All I asked was that my kitchen and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms gets cleaned they didn't even finish the kitchen and it was 2 people. I went upstairs and cleaned up More by myself and washed a load of clothing. I FEEL RIPPED OFF! I spoke with the manager and all she said was oh okay well sorry. You can pay for an additional 15 to 30 mins more. WHAT?! Thats $52.50! My original time was 1 hour and 30 mins for 2 people I would think that was doable. Im not new to hiring maid services. I STOPPED THEM AT 1 HR BECAUSE NOW MY HOUSE HAS A DIRTY MOP SMELL WITH A MIXTURE OF CHEMICALS! After I said stop they suddenly worked faster and slopped over the half bathroom. The manager didn't ask for pictures or anything. She didn't care... I called because I was upset. I asked for the manager and that's who I was speaking to. I COULDNT BELIEVE IT! I own a business myself and this place really LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE. She said she would speak to them after they took my money. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. If you want good cleaning.
