  • I bought a groupon for 10 classes back in november. I wasn't able to start it before that value pack had expired due to surgery. I understood that I wouldn't be able to use the 10 class pack anymore but the value paid never expires. I went there on Saturday and told them about the groupon. I talked to the owner specifically and he would only let me use the $40 I paid towards another 10 class membership at full price. I wanted to just see if I liked this studio before I fully committed to that many classes for that price. He wouldn't let me use the $40 I had already paid him for one class valued at $11. I just wanted one class. He said groupons are bad for business. I get that. But right now, I paid $40 for him to refuse me at his establishment. Some people love this place but I will not support a business that wont hold up their end of the bargain for their customers.
