  • My husband bought a used car ( paid ca$h) one week ago ( Fri 11/20) and made it very clear he would pick it up a week later, early (8:00) Friday. That was agreed upon with salesman. He called last night to confirm. Got a text this am from Will the salesman that the car cannot be ready at 8. Some issue with car wash? Salesman states they have new Mgmt and there are things that are out of their control. What exactly is " out of control " after having a solid week to prepare this car ?! I had to go Saturday am ( 11/21) with a check for the balance and was told I couldn't see the car my husband had purchased because they were preparing it. This dealership is great on clinching the deal, but hasn't shown anything for the final part of the game ! I'm sorry we did business with a dealership that is so "out of control "!
