  • My Refi was a simple as they come. It still took 3 months to close (they honored my origenal rate they quoted). With all that said, I would use RoundPoint again. Low rate, no closing cost and an amazing website to follow the structure/paydown of your loan. Stay on them and keep the call back numbers to everyone you talk with. You will be happy once closed, but it might take a while.
