rev:text	I have friends that live at these awful apartments! Anybody who say this place is good is working for this place or has been paid to say nice things because this place is the worst!! I have friends who live here because they can't afford another place and I can see why they are so cheap! 1st off the apartments are in bad shape and the management is unwilling or unable to fix even the simplest of problems in the units! My friend was almost harmed in their unit when a fixture malfunctioned, when they reported it the management didn't even bat an eye let alone apologize?!! This happened weeks ago and to this day the malfunction still hasn't been fixed!!! Now before I had a car I used to visit my friends that live here via public transit so when I got my new car I was excited to go out and visit my friends and show em my new wheels! Well after being parked in a spot that had no visible tow zone sign I was shocked and dismayed to find that my car had been towed!!! When I called the tow company they told me what they had done was totally legal and they would not release my car until I paid the outrageous amount they were asking for ransom! When I called the apt complex they said there was nothing they could do and that it was the tenants responsibility to inform their guests of the new policy??!! What kind of Mickey Mouse outfit are they running here?? I am appalled at the way this complex is allowed to abuse their tenants and I'm even more disgusted at the abusive and illegal tactics used by quicktow towing company, nothing but extortionists and bullies!!! I have been on the phone and online all day with the city government and I will be in contact with an attorney and 3 on your side to fight this all the way! If I could give this place a -10 stars I would!!! thanks for nothing Cabana on Thomas!!!
