  • I had 2 rock chips on my glass and i was waiting till they got bigger. But my insurance company was willing to replace it so i had the boys from Family Glass roll through and do the work. When most vendors give you cheap glass and pocket the insurance money, this guy gives you glass that that is built according to manufacturer standards. Since most car manufacturers use PPG glass, these guys use the same thing. But they use PWG or PGW since PPG changed names or whatever. You can tell its top quality glass just by looking at it, he even hooks you up with the tint strip. The guys that come out and do the work get it done in about 20 mins and the company guarantees its work. This is how you know the product doesn't suck. I would recommend this place to anyone. Updated review: I was driving in New Mexico behind a few semi-trucks. One of them kicked up a golf ball sized rock and it hit my window. Even after a rock that big hit it, my glass didn't even have a scratch or crack. If it wasn't illegal, I would break more windows on my truck just to let this guy replace it.
