  • Located in the Von's Parking lot on the corner of Durango and Warm Springs, this Bank of America has no drive up teller service, only drive up ATM's. I am not a customer of BOA but I do have to deposit my rent monthly and with no drive up service I am forced to go inside. The bank itself is always in clean tip top shape but each and every time (5xs) I have been in here there is only 2 tellers working the main area. There are other loan/bankers inside but always only been two tellers. I know banking services can be tedious and take time but geez this place is ALWAYS so Slow even when I have been the 2nd person in line, its a 15-20 minute process to deposit money and If I walk in and there's more than 5-6 people in line, forget it, I come back later. I've almost had faster service at the DMV! Staff is always very nice and polite however I do notice they fail to make eye contact, weird. Anyway, this place is just slow and needs to use one of those other bankers or get another teller hired, 3's a CROWD Bank of America!
