Been banking at Wells Fargo for almost 18years.. yes. YEARS. Miss Rosalina and Mr. Richard here (99% sure those were the names) was telling me it's "against policy" to notorize what I needed notorized (Wells Fargo off Blue Diamond was giving me trouble too however they said they could still do it, I just didn't like their attitude.) I called corporate and they said that it isn't (is NOT) against policy and they 100% CAN notorize what I needed to have notorized. Shame. Lazy people not wanting to do their job- so many people out there need a job and would do very well. Corporate resolved my problem when I called and told them both experiences at both locations and was extremely helpful, at least someone values a loyal customer that has been there for longer than most employees have been employed with the company. Corporate helped me find a different Wells Fargo location to get my notary done which was helpful. Wells Fargo needs to rethink some of their employees though.
