  • I have been having a problem with the office staff at Gentle Dental for weeks now. I simply want them to take my ex husband's name off my account and I don't want to receive appointment notifications for him. That shouldn't be too difficult. They tell me they will fix it and they don't. The office manager either puts me on hold forever or says she will call me back but she doesn't. I won't go back there because of the awful treatment from the office staff.
