  • Paula, who answered the phone when I made an appointment for someone to look at my AC, was pleasant and easy to speak with. Frankie was the one that serviced the AC. Was also easy to work with and was very knowledgeable. I appreciated that he walked me through what he repaired on the unit, and provided some watch-outs for potential servicing in the future. Overall, happy with the service and would recommend to anyone! Will use service again in future.
