  • We been coming here for over 2 years now and things have deteriorated. We love DR Vu, but his staff is not up to part. The receptionist has a 5sec memory span, she has no knowledge at all on what might seem plain simple questions you would ask someone working in a pediatric office. The nurse is very short, cold and many times just plain rude. The last 9months that we been going to the office we always see the nurse practitioner and never DR Vu. Most of the nurse practitioners have no clue when we ask them questions regarding our children health. Lastly; every time we go is never busy, only 1-3 patients yet our average time waiting is usually 45mins plus another 10mins inside the room waiting for someone to come in. I do not mind waiting if people are busy but, No one seems to be doing anything other than talk and be on their laptop. We are in the process of looking for another pediatrician at this moment I am done with the lack of knowledge, bad attitude and just lack of care of this office.
