  • Worst service we have ever had with a company. We were referred to them through Robson's design center here in Goodyear at Pebble Creek. We did not get the vacuum system that was ordered in our contract which is of poor quality. That is not even the worst. We paid for a sound system that has not worked since the day it was installed even after countless service calls. When the doorbell rings it turns off the sound in the whole system. You can't change the station on the tv without loosing sound. My husband was told that other customers have the same problem with the door bell. Anyone know who can fix these problems? We had an incredible system at previous home and never had any problems.
