  • Came here today after finding it on yelp. Had some mixed reviews, none of which had to do with eyebrow services, so I walked over anyways. Walking in the place has a nice atmosphere. Cucumber water in the waiting area, nice decor... I called prior to arriving to ensure I could be taken - appointments are necessary. Walking back into the spa room, my only complaint was the room itself. Wasn't anything special, No outstanding decor. I didn't like that the only thing on the spa table was a vinyl sheet. Not the best in the summer when it's hot and you're laying on it for a bit. A clean towel or paper sheet would have made it feel cleaner. Back to my service. The girl had me show her what I did and didn't like about my eyebrows and made some recommendation. This was great, as usually people just "clean up" however they think and don't have a proper consult. Overall I left very happy with my eyebrows. Eyebrow wax only costs $7 which I find a great price. I will definitely return. As I said the only thing from making my 4 stars 5 is the spanned and the fact that only one girl was working so the phone was ringing and wasn't being answered which can be annoying if you're trying to book an appointment and she's in a long service such as a facial. In addition it would have been nice if her attire matched the feel of the salon. She was only in an oversized Tshirt and leggings which for a high end spa doesn't seem to fit. Regardless, I had a good service so I will be back. These are just minor suggestions for improvement.
