Great place! Dismiss the haters who are whining about the fact that they ran out of ingredients for items they just saw on a Food Network rerun, all of whom raced out with their culinary lemming friends the next day to try the "as seen on TV" items. Get out of your comfort zone and try some of the other great menu items (the egg, tuna and short rib sliders are phenomenal). Don't ding them just because they've had a run on the one or two items that you had your heart set on because they're the ones that Guy Fieri ate on TV (causing every Phoenix couch potato to rush out to get one for themselves). This is a very cool space with a great vibe. If you're looking for a great place to chill and enjoy, you've found it. However, if you're wound tight and like to have everything be very predictable, I recommend that you take your business to Outback Steakhouse or McDonalds.
