  • Go elsewhere. This is a noisy place to live. The garbage trucks come before 8am, the maintenance crew is out scraping sidewalks before 8am, parking is tight and the spaces are small (expect your car to be scratched and dinged). Rent is increased every year based on the "market" and the rates are non-negotiable. There is no granite here, the refrigerator is small and the mailman is incompetent. We'll be leaving once the lease is up.
