rev:text	This company is totally incompetent....do not use them! I dealt with the headaches of working with Green ServPro landscaping services for over a year - and that will not happen again. Multiple issues to highlight. I had an oleander that i requested they maintain under 6' tall, they let it grow beyond 8' and then told me they needed to charge more to trim it because their policy is to charge more when the tree is higher than 8'. I reminded them that it's over 8' because they weren't keeping it trimmed which was the service i was paying. Also, they don't clean up after themselves, often they leave a mess of grass clippings on the drive way or sidewalk. They don't routinely check the irrigation for proper functioning (leaving this responsibility on me). My rental had a 2' hold gap under the drive-way because of a water leak that was boring out the ground. As a landscaping service, they should have noticed this and brought it to my attention. They always kick rocks into my pool and then i have to remove those rocks from the pool cleaner. When grass clippings get into the pool, they don't take a moment to scoop them out. Their billing department has my credit card information but every 3 months i get a letter saying that they need payment. This takes time out of my busy schedule to call them back and remind them that they have the card on file. Every time i call the lady says she's sorry and will make a note so this doesn't happen again...but it ALWAYS happens again. The last issue that put me over the edge, I recently gave them a specific request for a service date that i wanted then to mow the yard so it would be clean for a party - they agreed - but never showed up.
