  • The entire experience was horrible. I ordered holiday cards needing them early for an early holiday get together... placed the order nov. 5th - it was shipped on nov. 7th - i received the add on ornament around the 11th - but never received my holiday cards. Contacted help chat online twice on different days whom both confirmed that the cards would be delivered... they were not - then called into customer service and I was told he would refund but that I would still receive the merchandise ... even though it would be too late for our get together. Not surprising I still never received the order. It was a horrible experience.
