My partner used to work next door so I would stop by and grab lunch with him on occasion.
Le Pho is a cute spot in the Juhl with interesting decor. If you look closely though, certain individual elements clash with each other but as a whole it seems to work.
The menu seems pretty standard for a modern Vietnamese place. We usually just get the special pho. I like that you can have additional toppings like herby oils and whatnot.
My indicator of good pho is this: after the meal, do you and your clothes smell like pho? In this case no. There pho here is a little more nuanced, a little more refined. Not saying it's good, not saying it's bad. Just ok.
Service is good during lunchtime. We usually get this one kid who always checks with the kitchen if this or that contains wheat flour, soy sauce or hoisin (gluten allergy).
