They have no understanding of their own POS system. They charged me twice for the unit I was renting the evening of the day I had already checked out once again 2 days later!! They claimed they had to void the transaction and their should be no charge. Yet, I informed them Im staring at my online statement and theres still a charge!! I had to call 3 times over 3 days, still NO resolution. I expressed "this is my money you have taken out of my account leaving me in a bind." Curtis's attitude was "Im not the one in charge of these things the manager is." REALLY!! Not good customer service what so ever!
