This company is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Since day 1, I've had to constantly call and email to get answers to the smallest questions. Miscommunication is a HUGE issue with every employee I've dealt with and half the people I talked with last month already don't work there anymore. Liz is completely rude and unethical when it comes to dealing with and taking care of her customers. I only got a nice response from Liz when I asked to speak to another employee about the unprofessionalism I've dealt with with her. If it wasn't for the amazing location of the condo I'm renting, I would have not rented at all. I wish the owners of the condo knew how the people they hired to rent it out were treating their tenants...maybe they would finally get a new property management company.

This review was solely to make sure people know the unprofessionalism and bad attitude I have been given in this situation. Rudeness from a manager or owner completely blows my mind and I wanted to make sure future customers were aware that they would be treated poorly, no matter the situation.
