  • Called to see about having a Coyote S-Series or Caliber CrossFlame BBQ installed to the patio gas line in my new Condo. In short, that was 10 minutes of my life on the phone that I will never get back. They basically told me to get a contractor to build an island to spec then call them so they can do the easy part and take my money. They didn't bother to offer any alternative solutions or discuss other options of BBQ installation. As far as their website offering pre-fab islands...nope. Working with the customer to find the right BBQ to fit their needs...nope. I should have called a professional from the beginning, another life lesson learned.
