I purchased a vehicle from auto action and was told all their vehicles were inspected before placing them out on the lot to sell, I had my vehicle for a week before I started noticing that the steering wheel would vibrate when I idle. Eventually the whole thing would shake and vibrate. It felt like it was going to break down. I replaced the spark plugs myself and then my right front tire stated making a screeching metal sound when I would drive. My break pad was going out. Then a few weeks later I had to pull over because the steering wheel was hard to turn. The power steering fluid had been leaking and the leak was because of a lose bolt on the hose that would never loosen on its own. It dripped fluid all over my belt and A/C unit. I've tried calling the guys about fixing the problem but they were going to charge me big bucks although I JUST GOT THIS CAR I shouldn't be having these problems in two months. I asked to trade it in for another vehicle and the salesman said he knew nothing about it although I heard them saying you can. It's a horrible, sketchy place. They will mess with the car so when you buy them you have to come back and pay extra money for it. The bolt? No way it was loosened on its own. I had a mechanic check it out, who happens to be my uncle. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE, please don't come here. I have coworkers who bought vehicles from auto action and they have problems with their vehicles too. Go elsewhere I promise this place is not worth your money.
