The worse phone service. I had called in to see if my electronic Rx was there before I head in to pick it up. The pharmacist or tech answered the phone with, "please hold" before I got to say anything. I was on hold for 30 minutes (no joke)....I then called back and they did the same thing again and this time for another 25 minutes.
What did I do? You bet my patient a$$ I called Smith's Pharmacy and asked if they can call cvs for me to have them transfer my Rx over to them instead. When I went into Smith's, the pharmacist told me how awful the service was with cvs that she didnt blame me for switching. They had put her on hold 3 different times, each time for 15-20 minutes. The 4th time she finally had enough and before they could say anything she went off on them and demanded that they transfer my Rx to them.
Never again at this CVS location will I give my business.
