  • We had $2800 fixed on my truck. They never replaced the spark plugs (that we were charged for). I had to go back 4 times for them to re-fix the the gas tank the air conditioner (that was never fixed). I ended up going to Beaumont Auto to replace the bad job Norris Tire did. I will never recommend them and if anything I will specifically tell people not to go there. They suck!
