  • Dr. Goad is the one to see at this ONGYN group! I've been to all DW offices in The Valley, all front desk staff has been pleasant, Estrella seems a bit rushed sometimes, but they were very busy at that time. They now offer online appointment scheduling, though I haven't tried it yet I think that's a major improvement. Sometimes I would be on hold for a bit when scheduling over the phone. But Dr Goad's nurses in all offices have been great. Dr. Goad does not rush your appointment, she listens to everything, and she's is very professional and explains every thing that you will feel or experience so there's no worry of stress on your part. I was recommended by a friend about 6 years ago and I recommend her to all my friends.
