| - I purchased a 2012 Polaris RZR from this dealership a little after Thanksgiving or so, and was overall pleased with the side by side. It was exactly as advertised, which was important because I was making a 350 mile or so one way trip from Phoenix, AZ to secure the purchase. There was no surprises when it came to condition of the vehicle (Both mechanically and visually). I was very pleased as I was a bit nervous as I was making an out of state trek to buy it. That's the good news.
I was disappointed with two things within the transaction. I was told I would be getting a $250 discount, which was to no avail when I signed the contract. It wasn't much money, but it was more of a principal move. I felt a little deceived. In addition to that, the finance manager must have been a novice, as I told him the taxes and fees were lower in my area as opposed to NV, and I wanted to pay taxes locally. He assured me that this wasn't an issue, then pursued to pay NV taxes, where I thought I was paying AZ taxes as I received ADOT paperwork (AZ DMV). It was a decent experience overall, but I felt like I was shorted about $400-$500 due to the increase in taxes over negligence, and by them not honoring the discount.
They're a fair dealer, but make sure you check all the paperwork before you sign, and hold them accountable if they make any promises as they may slip through the cracks.
