2 stars for reclined seats but here is why I am fed up with this place.
Customer service is horrible.
$2.50 booking fees added to purchasing online, which i understand but it is non-refundable.
They will not let you cancel over the phone so you have to drive there to cancel so now you are out 2.50 plus gas.
Line for food is like TSA security checkpoint in that no one cares about your time or about being polite.
Parking lot is always full so you have to walk a bit.
I am a galaxy club member and have been going here for years.
Also the lady i cancelled with wanted to throw the whole "you need to read the fine print" line in my face.... I know what the fine print says i am just pissed i was charged a booking fee to cancel AND i have to waste my time driving here. You should be able to cancel online and lose your booking fee but driving in just to cancel AND lose $2.50 is ridiculous, how can you not feel pissed off after that.
