  • First and last time in! I've never had burnt crab legs before. Waited in line for an hour only to be told they were closing at 9:00pm. If we hadn't paid by then we wouldn't get in. At 8:53pm I paid for our buffet. Still didn't get seated until after 9:00. Then we were told that the food was being pulled at 9:30. Ok fine, we will grab a couple plates of what we want. At 9:40 we were told we needed to hurry up and finish because they were closing soon. Ok fine, I understand. The problem was in the delivery! The manager on duty telling the tables they needed to "hurry up" was ver rude and completely unprofessional. 10-15 minutes later she came back around and told us that and I quote " It really is time for you to leave now. We are closed and you need to leave this room now". Could not believe I was being spoken down to like that. Food was mediocre at best. My crab was BURNT. Black and charred. Oysters were gritty like they weren't rinsed off enough before prepared. Mashed potatoes tasted like the instant stuff. Our server was nice and took good care of us.
